No.3336 of 2011\n                             MUKESH KUMAR\n                                   Versus\n                           THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   10.03.2011                  The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   a case registered under Sections 406, 420 &amp; 467 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  It is alleged that from the A.T.M. of the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant, petitioner withdrew Rs.85,000\/-.                It is<\/p>\n<p>                   submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant subsequently retracted from his initial version<\/p>\n<p>                   and filed a petition to that effect.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering     the     aforesaid   facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances, let the petitioner Mukesh Kumar, in the<\/p>\n<p>                   event of his arrest or surrender before the Court-below<\/p>\n<p>                   within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                   (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                   to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur<\/p>\n<p>                   at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 99 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                   subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of<\/p>\n<p>                   the Cr.P.C.
