Sharma, Chief Manager &amp; PIO\n\n                                      DECISION\n\n      While deciding this appeal by a decision in Appeal No. 24140\/ICPB\/2008 dated\n14.7.2008, a show-cause notice was also issued under section 20(1) of the Act. The\nmatter is now for consideration on the reply dated 1.7.2008 &amp; 30.7.2008 received from\nthe CPIO\/PIO to the show-cause notice. I have gone through the reply provided by the\nCPIO.\n\n2.     This reply can not be taken as an explanation to show-cause notice. The DGM\nhas indicated what kind of circular he had issued for handling of RTI application. He is\nexpected to endorse all copies in this connection to substantiate he has taken suitable\naction. Without any of those letters it is not possible to accept this reply which he had\nsent on 30.7.2008 as his reply to show-cause notice.
