JOSEPH FRANCIS, JJ.\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  W.P.(C).No. 14083 of 2010 I\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 13th day of July, 2010\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the<\/p>\n<p>following reliefs.\n<\/p>\n<p>             a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other<\/p>\n<p>       appropriate writ, order or direction compelling<\/p>\n<p>       the 2nd respondent         to provide adequate and<\/p>\n<p>       effective police protection to the life and<\/p>\n<p>       property of the petitioner and his family as<\/p>\n<p>       prayed in Ext.P5.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>             b) issue a writ of mandamus or any other<\/p>\n<p>       appropriate writ, order or direction compelling<\/p>\n<p>       the 2nd respondent to take immediate action on<\/p>\n<p>       Ext.P5 in the light of Exts.P4 and P4 judgment<\/p>\n<p>       and decree within a time limit stipulated by this<\/p>\n<p>       Hon&#8217;ble Court.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Briefly the case of the petitioner is as follows. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner  has obtained 37 cents of property as per Ext.P1.<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).No. 14083 of 2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Respondents 3 to 13 threatened the petitioner to cut open a way<\/p>\n<p>through the property of the petitioner.     Ext.P2 is the possession<\/p>\n<p>certificate. The Munsiff Court, Perumbavoor had granted Exts.P3<\/p>\n<p>judgment and P4 decree in favour of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Though served, there is no representation for     the party<\/p>\n<p>respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4. This Court has already passed an interim order on 30.4.2010.<\/p>\n<p>      5. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Government Pleader, we dispose of the Writ Petition<\/p>\n<p>directing the second respondent to ensure that the decree passed by the<\/p>\n<p>Munsiff Court, Perumbavoor in O.S.No. 455 of 1995 is not violated by<\/p>\n<p>respondents 3 to 13 or their men.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       (K.
