No.44458 of 2010\n                                AKHILESH PRASAD SINGH\n                                             Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n02\/    24.01.2011<\/pre>\n<p>              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                    P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Shakurabad P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                    Case no.41\/2010 registered under sections 302\/34 and 379 of the IPC.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is not named in the first information report but<\/p>\n<p>                    during the course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner stood<\/p>\n<p>                    as identifier on the alleged sale deed which was said to be executed by<\/p>\n<p>                    the deceased prior to his murder.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                    case as well as submissions of the parties, petitioner Akhilesh Prasad<\/p>\n<p>                    Singh is directed to be released on bail in connection with Shakurabad<\/p>\n<p>                    P.S.
