No. 23625 OF 2005\n        ----------------------------------------\n        Dated, the 22nd day of July, 2009\n\n                      JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner who is working as Specialist<\/p>\n<p>(Soil Science) in the Kerala State Land Use Board,<\/p>\n<p>approached this Court with a prayer to quash Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>and also prayed      for the issuance of a writ of<\/p>\n<p>mandamus      or other appropriate writ direction or<\/p>\n<p>order directing the respondents to allow the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to continue in the service of the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   On behalf of the Ist respondent, a<\/p>\n<p>statement is seen filed in the writ petition wherein<\/p>\n<p>it is stated that the Government           has issued<\/p>\n<p>Annexure R2 order by which, among six persons,<\/p>\n<p>the request of the petitioner has been considered<\/p>\n<p>and decided to     permanently absorb in the service<\/p>\n<p>of the  Kerala State Land      Use Board as Specialist<\/p>\n<p>Soil Science.\n<\/p>\n<p>WPC 23625\/05<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     3.
