No. 929 of  2007\n\n                              --------------------------------------------------\n\n                                  DATED: FEBRUARY 15, 2007\n\n\n                                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Petitioner   who   is   the   accused   in   Crime   No.530\/2006   of     Kodungallur<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for  an  offence punishable under secs.379 and 447 I.P.C., seeks<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.          Heard  the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.          Having regard to the nature of the  allegations levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   and   the   other   circumstances   of   the   case,   I   am   inclined   to   grant<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail to the petitioner.  Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-\n<\/p>\n<p>in-charge of  the police station  concerned  to  release the petitioner on  bail  for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month  in the event of his arrest in connection with the above case<\/p>\n<p>on  his executing  a bond  for  Rs. 10,000\/-  (Ten   thousand  only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties   each   for   the   like   amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   said   officer   and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              1.     Petitioner   shall  report   before   the  Investigating Officer   between   9<\/p>\n<p>                     a.m. and 11 a.m. on all   Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              2.       Petitioner   shall   make     himself   available   for   interrogation   as   and<\/p>\n<p>                     when  required by the  Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              3.      Petitioner   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the       prosecution<\/p>\n<p>                      witnesses   nor   shall   he   attempt   to   tamper   with   the   evidence   for<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.929\/07                             -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                  the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            4.      Petitioner shall not commit any offence while on  bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            5.
