M. SAHAI)<\/p>\n<p>We<\/a><br \/>\n\thave heard Mr. Prabhakar Upadhyay, learned counsel for appellant and<br \/>\n\tMs. J. D. Jhaveri, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing<br \/>\n\tfor respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>This<br \/>\n\tIntra-Court Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the<br \/>\n\tinterim order dated 16.03.2011 passed by the Learned Single Judge in<br \/>\n\tSpecial Civil Application No.16116 of 2010 whereby the Learned<br \/>\n\tSingle Judge has confirmed the ad-interim relief granted vide order<br \/>\n\tdated 20.12.2010 till the final disposal of the writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\n\tcounsel for the appellant has not challenged the order dated<br \/>\n\t20.12.2010 passed by the Learned Single Judge in Special Civil<br \/>\n\tApplication No.16116 of 2010.  Therefore, we do not find any<br \/>\n\tillegality in the order dated 16.03.2011 by which ad-interim relief<br \/>\n\tgranted vide order dated 20.12.2010 is confirmed.
