Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :30\/10\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.GIRI, J\n                       -------------------\n                   W.P.(C).31030\/2008\n                       --------------------\n        Dated this the 30th day of October, 2008\n\n                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      A joint application for transfer of permit in favour<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner consequent upon the tranfer of the<\/p>\n<p>vehicle in her name at the instance of the fourth<\/p>\n<p>respondent,    the    original       financier,  is pending<\/p>\n<p>consideration before the first respondent, as evidenced<\/p>\n<p>by Ext.P9.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances,         there will be a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the first respondent to pass final orders on<\/p>\n<p>the said application for transfer of the permit in respect<\/p>\n<p>of the stage carriage bearing registration No.KL 09 J<\/p>\n<p>4335 operating on the inter district route Walayar<\/p>\n<p>Railway Colony,     without further delay, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.
