BASANT, J.\n\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                            B.A.No.  4411  of   2007\n\n                         - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                    Dated this the 20th day of   July, 2007\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Application  for regular bail.   Allegations are raised under the<\/p>\n<p>Kerala Abkari Act.     The petitioner is the second accused.   He   was<\/p>\n<p>allegedly found to be in possession of 1 litre of arrack  on  7.6.2007.<\/p>\n<p>He   was   arrested     on   20.6.2007   and   continues   in   custody   from   that<\/p>\n<p>date.     There    is  no  allegation  of any antecedent  criminality  against<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.       The learned  counsel for the  petitioner prays, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor does not seriously oppose the said prayer  and I am<\/p>\n<p>satisfied   that   the   petitioner   can   now   be   enlarged   on   bail   subject   to<\/p>\n<p>appropriate terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.  In the result:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        1)  This application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2)     The   petitioner   shall   be   released   on   bail   on   the   following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        (a)     The   petitioner     shall   execute   a   bond   for   Rs.25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees  twenty five  thousand  only)   with  two  solvent  sureties  each<\/p>\n<p>for the like sum to be satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No.  4411  of   2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      (b)       He   shall   make   himself   available   for   interrogation   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Investigating Officer   as and when directed by the Investigating Officer in<\/p>\n<p>writing to do so.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                          (R.
