Saraf, A.C. to S.C.16\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.   20.9.2011            The grievance of the petitioner is that her salary for<\/p>\n<p>                 various periods from August, 2008 to February, 2009, Protsahan<\/p>\n<p>                 Rashi prior to September, 2008 and October, 2008 to May,2009,<\/p>\n<p>                 deputation allowances as well as house rent from 3.6.2009,<\/p>\n<p>                 transfer allowance, salary for January, 2010 and salary of<\/p>\n<p>                 30.9.2006, etc. have not yet been paid to the petitioner, despite<\/p>\n<p>                 the representations filed on her behalf several times before the<\/p>\n<p>                 authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is<\/p>\n<p>                 disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh<\/p>\n<p>                 representation before the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical<\/p>\n<p>                 Officer, Ara (Bhojpur) within two weeks from today along with<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      a copy of this order and the Civil Surgeon shall dispose of the<\/p>\n<p>      same within a further period of two months from the date of its<\/p>\n<p>      receipt and in case any part of the claims of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>      rejected, the same must be done by passing a speaking order and<\/p>\n<p>      whatever claims are found due and admissible to the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>      the same should also be paid to her within a further period of<\/p>\n<p>      two months thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>VPS                                ( Ramesh Kumar Datta, J. )\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Sunita Kumari vs The State Of Bihar &amp; Ors on 20 September, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.2808 of 2011 Sunita Kumari, W\/O Anandi kumar Singh, resident of village- Mai, P.S.
