Learned APP Mr.Pujari waives service of<br \/>\nnotice for respondent no.1.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant is a lady and she is in jail since 14.3.2011. In view of<br \/>\nthe above, the applicant is released on bail on executing personal<br \/>\nbond of Rs.5,000\/- with surety of like amount before the trial Court<br \/>\non condition that she shall deposit Rs.30,000\/- on or before the<br \/>\nreturnable date before the trial Court and on usual terms and<br \/>\nconditions including the condition that she shall not India without<br \/>\nprior permission of the Court.
