RAMKUMAR, J.\n             --------------------------------------------------\n                Bail Application No.186 of 2011\n            ---------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 14th day of January, 2011\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, who are accused Nos.2 &amp; 3 in Crime No.802 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>of Kollam East Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 I.P.C. and 12(1)(b)<\/p>\n<p>of Indian Passport Act, seek their enlargement on bail.           The<\/p>\n<p>petitioners were arrested on 13\/12\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioners, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners.    Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail with effect from 18\/01\/2011 on each of them<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for `15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.186\/2011<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      1.     The petitioners shall     report before the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>             11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The petitioners shall make themselves available<\/p>\n<p>             for interrogation as and when required by the<\/p>\n<p>             police at any time till the filing of the final<\/p>\n<p>             report.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The    petitioners  shall  not   influence  or<\/p>\n<p>             intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<\/p>\n<p>             they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<\/p>\n<p>             the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.
