The Principal, St. Paul Secondary School, Birsinghpur, Samastipur\n                  Branch in the District of Samastipur\n                                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   21.9.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the Central Board of Secondary Education.<\/p>\n<p>                              In a similar bunch of matters, this Court had set up a<\/p>\n<p>                  Committee to enquire into the allegations made with regard to<\/p>\n<p>                  the marking which came to be awarded by the CBSE in the 12 th<\/p>\n<p>                  Board Examination. Since the Committee in its report did not<\/p>\n<p>                  point out any major infirmity with the exercise carried out by the<\/p>\n<p>                  CBSE, those batch of writ applications have been dismissed as<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      not maintainable, not worthy of further investigation or enquiry.<\/p>\n<p>                  Since the present matters are covered by the same set<\/p>\n<p>      of fact, this Court is not inclined to entertain these writ<\/p>\n<p>      applications on this score.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  All these writ applications are dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>rkp                                           ( Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
