As the Police Authority has traced out<br \/>\nthe wife and son of the present applicant, they are produced today<br \/>\nbefore the Court. So as to ensure the in physical safety and safe<br \/>\nabode as also welfare, both of them were asked basic details and on<br \/>\nbeing satisfied Police Officer was questioned. It appears that both<br \/>\nhave been lodged at Lohana Vikash Grah, Rajkot from 31.10.2011 at<br \/>\n15:00 hours, an organization meant for woman and children.<br \/>\nConsidering the fact that their safety is taken care of, no further<br \/>\ndirection is required to be given presently as the matter is already<br \/>\nfixed on 09.11.2011. The husband who has been asked to remain present<br \/>\non intimation from the Police Authorities also seeks time, as the<br \/>\nlearned advocate representing him is not available. In this premise,<br \/>\nthis matter shall be placed before regular Court for other and<br \/>\nfurther directions.
