AHIYAPUR, DISTRICT-\n                        MUZAFFARPUR.\n                                             --OPP.PARTY\n\n\n6   21.09.2010<\/pre>\n<p>                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is named accused in this complaint<\/p>\n<p>                 case being husband of the complainant, carries allegation of<\/p>\n<p>                 demand of dowry, torture etc., besides having second wife<\/p>\n<p>                 who has also been impleaded as accused no.4 in the<\/p>\n<p>                 complaint petition. On previous date, time was granted after<\/p>\n<p>                 hearing to file supplementary affidavit stating specifically<\/p>\n<p>                 about the allegation of second marriage with accused no.4,<\/p>\n<p>                 Urmila Devi.
