Sat Narayan Yadav\n                                      Versus\n                                  STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      22.06.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is<\/p>\n<p>                     that petitioners though prevented the act of the Police who in name<\/p>\n<p>                     of investigation was taking bricks of the petitioner in which Police<\/p>\n<p>                     Official received such injuries which cannot be taken for refusal of<\/p>\n<p>                     anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 I agree with the submission of the learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioners is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 93 of 2009, above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                     each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhubani subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                     conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
