Tripathi, J.<\/p>\n<p>1. Rule. Mr. Digant P. Joshi, learned AGP waives service of the rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. With the consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for final disposal. It is stated by Ms.Sadhana Sagar referring to para 8(B) placed by draft amendment, that the widow of one Shri Jasuji Baldev Bihola, who was also working as Rojamdar and son of one another Rojamdar, Shri Ambalal Mochi were appointed on the sad demise of the said Rajamdars, on compassionate grounds. It is the case of the petitioner that there is no ground as to why the case of the petitioner should be treated in a different manner. Mr. Digant P. Joshi, learned AGP submits that in fact the State has formed a Committee to consider the cases of appointment on compassionate grounds vide Govt. Resolution dated 10.3.2000.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. In view of the submission made by learned AGP, it is deemed fit that the petitioner be relegated to the said committee and the petitioner shall represent his case before the said Committee, which shall consider the same in accordance with law, but with sympathy to the facts of the case of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 20.10.1997, before the authorities vide Annexure &#8216;B&#8217; to this petition. However, it will be open to the petitioner to file a fresh representation in support of the earlier representation latest by 20th June 2000, and the same shall be considered by the authorities within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the same with a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>4. With the aforesaid directions the petition is allowed.
