Submission is that<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner&#8217;s name appeared on suspicion basing<\/p>\n<p>                 the   statement         of    co-accused        may      be       said<\/p>\n<p>                 confession       that        petitioner         was      intending<\/p>\n<p>                 deceased&#8217;s       removal       from       the         said    shop.<\/p>\n<p>                 Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                          Thus,    having       regard     to    the     facts      and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances of the case, let the above named<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner   be    released        on    bail    on     furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                 bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                 two   sureties    of    the    like     amount    each       to    the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna<\/p>\n<p>                 in Kadam Kuan P.S.
