Kuriakose, J<\/p>\n<p>     By our order dt.29\/09\/09, we found that the<\/p>\n<p>court below was justified in placing reliance on Ext.A1<\/p>\n<p>for the purpose of granting enhancement to the<\/p>\n<p>claimants. The Registry now reports to us that Ext.A1<\/p>\n<p>has attained finality in the sense that no appeal was<\/p>\n<p>preferred by anybody against Ext.A1. Under the above<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this<\/p>\n<p>appeal. The appeal is accordingly, dismissed. No costs.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 PIUS C.
