Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :28\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n               --------------------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) NO.2012 OF 2011(B)\n               --------------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 28th day of January, 2011\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners claim to be in occupation of 2 cents of land in Sy.<\/p>\n<p>No.178\/1 of Ernakulam Village. According to the petitioners, their<\/p>\n<p>father acquired title over the said property and after his death, his<\/p>\n<p>legal representatives continue in occupation of the land.           It is<\/p>\n<p>stated that the 5th respondent is attempting to evict them from<\/p>\n<p>the property and that lead the petitioner to approach this court by<\/p>\n<p>filing this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.
