Neetu alias Neeta Kori is produced<br \/>\n      by Police, Garha, Jabalpur through T.I. Shri Jayant Tembhre and<br \/>\n      lady constable, Ms.Kiran,(Batch No.204). The petitioner and<br \/>\n      respondent no.4, Smt. Meerabai Kori, are also present.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Respondent no.7 has stated that because of ill-treatment at<br \/>\n      the hands of the petitioner, she is residing along with her mother<br \/>\n      and      she   is not in confinement     of respondents 4,5 and 6.<br \/>\n      Respondent no.4 is mother. Respondents 5 and 6 are her<br \/>\n      brothers. Kumari Khushi is her daughter. She is also residing<br \/>\n      along with her. It was further submitted by respondent no.7 that<br \/>\n      because of ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioner she is not<br \/>\n      willing to reside along with the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Though the aforesaid allegation        is disputed by the<br \/>\n      petitioner, but considering the fact that respondent no.7 Smt.<br \/>\n      Neetu alias Neeta Kori is not in an unlawful confinement or in<br \/>\n      detention and is living with her mother on her own freewill, no<br \/>\n      further order is required in this petition and this petition filed for<br \/>\n      issuance of a writ of habeas corpus is dismissed with no order as<br \/>\n      to cost.\n<\/p>\n<p>               The Police, Garha, Jabalpur are directed to send<br \/>\n      respondent no.7 to her parents&#8217; house at Garha, Jabalpur safely<br \/>\n      where she has shown her willingness to go back.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n               (Krishn Kumar Lahoti)                    (J.K.Maheshwari)\n                      Judge                                  Judge\n\n\n\nJLL\n                   WP No.6563\/2010\n\n\nRavi Kumar Kori             State of M.P.
