OF\n      BIHAR, PATNA\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   13.08.2010           Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned<\/p>\n<p>                  Counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has<\/p>\n<p>                  filed a supplementary affidavit on 6.8.2010. The same is not<\/p>\n<p>                  available on record. The Court therefore requested the Counsel<\/p>\n<p>                  to make available his copy for perusal so as not stall the<\/p>\n<p>                  proceedings on that ground.
