Respondent in the\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   both the Tr.C.M.Ps.\n\n\nPRAYER in Tr.C.M.P.No.95 of 2000: Petition filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2010, on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet and transfer the same to the Family Court, Coimbatore. \n\nPRAYER in Tr.C.M.P.No.450 of 2008: Petition filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.199 of 2008, on the file of Subordinate Judge, Erode and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet. \n\n\t   For petitioner\t\t:  Mr.Palani Selvaraj\n\n\t   For Respondent\t:  Mr.V.Lakshmi Narayanan\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. At this stage of the hearing of the above transfer petitions, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned had prayed that this Court may be pleased to transfer H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2010 and H.M.O.P.No.199 of 2008, to the Family Court, Coimbatore, since, it would be convenient for both the petitioner and the respondent, in the above petitions, to appear and to conduct the above petitions.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. In such circumstances, H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2010, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Udumalpet, and H.M.O.P.No.199 of 2008, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Erode, are transferred to the Family Court, Coimbatore. The transfer petitions are ordered accordingly. No costs.
