Heard      Shri     Sanjay       Kumar    Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                    learned    counsel      for    the    petitioner,         Shri<\/p>\n<p>                    Parth Sharthi, learned S.C.10, who appears<\/p>\n<p>                    on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 5 and Shri<\/p>\n<p>                    Prabhat Ranjan, learned counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>                    on     behalf    of    respondent         no.6\/Accountant<\/p>\n<p>                    General.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The    petitioner,        who    retired       with<\/p>\n<p>                    effect    from     30.11.2008        as    Amin    from    the<\/p>\n<p>                    office of Executive Engineer, Saran Canal<\/p>\n<p>                    Division,        Gandak       Project,       Maharajganj,<\/p>\n<p>                    District    Siwan,      has    prayed       for    directing<\/p>\n<p>                    the    respondents      to    start       paying    pension.<\/p>\n<p>                    Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                    that    except     pension,      other      retiral       dues<\/p>\n<p>                    have already been paid to the petitioner.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In    paragraph-9         of     the     writ       petition,     a<\/p>\n<p>specific averment has been made that during<\/p>\n<p>the    service       period,       petitioner&#8217;s          service<\/p>\n<p>was fully satisfactory and no charges or<\/p>\n<p>show cause was ever made against him before<\/p>\n<p>retirement. However, without any rhyme and<\/p>\n<p>reason,      the     authority          concerned       has     not<\/p>\n<p>fixed his pension.\n<\/p>\n<p>             In    view    of     the    averment       made     in<\/p>\n<p>paragraph-9 of the writ petition as well as<\/p>\n<p>the    fact       that     other        retiral      dues      have<\/p>\n<p>already       been        paid     and        the    petitioner<\/p>\n<p>retired in the year 2008, the court is of<\/p>\n<p>the    opinion       that        writ     petition       can     be<\/p>\n<p>allowed       at     this        stage        directing         the<\/p>\n<p>respondents         to    take     immediate          steps     for<\/p>\n<p>fixing       final       pension        and     start       paying<\/p>\n<p>pension to the petitioner. The respondent\/<\/p>\n<p>State authority are directed to immediately<\/p>\n<p>issued sanction in respect of pension of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner within a period of six weeks<\/p>\n<p>from the date of receipt\/production of a<\/p>\n<p>copy    of    this       order.
