The case appears<\/p>\n<p>                        squarely covered under a decision of Apex Court in a case of &#8220;Jorgia<\/p>\n<p>                        Pentiah Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh reported in 2009 (1) BCCR<\/p>\n<p>                        153 (SC)&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                        furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two<\/p>\n<p>                        sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief<\/p>\n<p>                        Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                        Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 36 of 2011 (G.R.
