They aspire for<\/p>\n<p>promotion to the post of Chief Medical Officers. Seeking this relief,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners have filed Ext. P4 representation          before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioners seek a direction to the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext. P4 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>     Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, I dispose of<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext. P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after<\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. It would be<\/p>\n<p>open to the petitioners to rely on Ext. P3 or any other documents in<\/p>\n<p>support of their case, the applicability of which shall also be<\/p>\n<p>considered by the 1st respondent appropriately.<\/p>\n<p>                                           Sd\/- S.
