4      8.10.2010                  Petitioners who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of<\/p>\n
                      the deceased lady who was married ten years ago are<\/p>\n
                      apprehending their arrest in a case under Sections 302, 328 and<\/p>\n
                      201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n
                                  On perusal of the case diary, it appears that there is a<\/p>\n
                      direct allegation against the husband of the deceased lady. There<\/p>\n
                      is no direct allegation against these two petitioners.<\/p>\n
                                  Considering this aspect, petitioners namely Amar Lal<\/p>\n
                      and Parmila Devi are directed to be released on anticipatory bail<\/p>\n
                      in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six<\/p>\n
                      weeks in connection with Narpatganj (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No. 80<\/p>\n
                      of 2009 on furnishing bail bonds of rupees ten thousand each with<\/p>\n
                      two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n
                      Judicial Magistrate, Araria subject to the conditions laid down<\/p>\n
                      under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
