Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :18\/03\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                              R.BASANT, J\n                      ------------------------------------\n                       B.A.No.1608 of 2008\n                      -------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 18th day of March, 2008\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Application for anticipatory bail. Petitioner apprehends that<\/p>\n<p>the respondent\/police may arrest him on the allegation raised by<\/p>\n<p>one M.R.Chandrika before the Guruvayur Police Station.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned Public Prosecutor after taking instructions<\/p>\n<p>submits that it is true that the said Chandrika had filed a<\/p>\n<p>complaint, but no crime has been registered on such complaint<\/p>\n<p>and the petitioner is not required to be arrested on those<\/p>\n<p>allegations. In these circumstances the learned Public Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>submits that the apprehension of the petitioner is without any<\/p>\n<p>basis. This application for anticipatory bail may be dismissed,<\/p>\n<p>submits the learned Public Prosecutor. If, in future, the arrest of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner becomes necessary in connection with any crime<\/p>\n<p>concerning offences, if any, committed against the said Chandrika<\/p>\n<p>prior to this date, sufficient prior notice shall be given to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and the prior permission of this Court shall be taken<\/p>\n<p>before effecting such arrest, submits the learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.1608 of 2008                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     3.   The submissions of the learned Public Prosecutor are<\/p>\n<p>taken note and recorded. The undertaking given is also taken<\/p>\n<p>note of and accepted.
