Case No. 209 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                 registered under Sections-302, 201, 120B\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                 Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The name of this petitioner came in this case in<\/p>\n<p>                 confessional   statement     of   co-accused,    Rahul    Kumar.<\/p>\n<p>                 Subsequently, the petitioner and some other co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                 persons were arrested. The petitioner and other accused also<\/p>\n<p>                 confessed their guilt giving vivid picture of alleged occurrence<\/p>\n<p>                 and it is stated that on the basis of confessional statement of<\/p>\n<p>                 this petitioner and co-accused, Rajeshwar Choudhary @ Raju,<\/p>\n<p>                 the dead body of the deceased was recovered.<\/p>\n<p>                          The co-accused,     Rajeshwar Choudhary @ Raju has<\/p>\n<p>                 already been granted privilege of bail by this court and apart<\/p>\n<p>                 from this, some other co-accused persons including the above<\/p>\n<p>                 said Rahul Kumar, have also been granted privilege of bail.<\/p>\n<p>                 Even if it assumed to be true that the dead body of deceased<\/p>\n<p>                 was recovered on the basis of confessional statement made by<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner and co-accused, Rahul, then also it is not specific<\/p>\n<p>                 as to which of the accused has disclosed about the presence of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        the dead body of the deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>        well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner, namely, Shiv<\/p>\n<p>        Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>        of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount each in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.
