Bablu Kumar @ Bablu Singh\n                                   Versus\n                             The STATE OF BIHAR\n                                   ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   15.12.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Land dispute is there in between the parties. For the<\/p>\n<p>                  incident of the same day, case and counter case is there in between<\/p>\n<p>                  the parties. Specification, if any, is against the petitioner no.2 and<\/p>\n<p>                  rest petitioners are alleged for causing assault by means of iron rod,<\/p>\n<p>                  fists and slaps. Two of the injuries are kept reserved, one on wrist<\/p>\n<p>                  joint and another on frontal region, prima facie appears no<\/p>\n<p>                  seriousness. A written application is given to lodge the case.<\/p>\n<p>                  Number of injury is three only.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                  prayer of the petitioners is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                  from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                  connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2010, above named<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                  10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                  each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur subject to the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
