Since the petitioners are appointed after 8.9.1988,<\/p>\n<p>the issue is covered against the petitioners by the decision of this<\/p>\n<p>court reported in  <a href=\"\/doc\/495267\/\">Annet D&#8217; Cunha v. State of Kerala<\/a>  [2004(1)<\/p>\n<p>KLT 161].
