KURIAKOSE,J.\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           R.P.No.1133 of 2007 in W.P.(C) No.31360 of 2007\n                 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                       Dated: 19th November, 2007\n\n                                    ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Having regard to the submissions addressed at the Bar by<\/p>\n<p>Mr.C.Rajendran, counsel for the review petitioners, Mr.Babu S.Nair,<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.Babu Paul, counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat, my judgment which is sought to be reviewed will stand<\/p>\n<p>clarified to the following limited extent:\n<\/p>\n<p>       If going by the permit conditions, the buses belonging to the<\/p>\n<p>second review petitioner and buses driven by the first review<\/p>\n<p>petitioner are not bound to visit the Kottakkal bus stand, the writ<\/p>\n<p>petitioner will not be entitled to collect bus stand fee from those<\/p>\n<p>buses.
