Having regard to the submissions and the dispute<br \/>\ninvolved in the appeal, both the parties are required to be directed<br \/>\nto maintain status-quo as regards the suit land being survey no. 6,<br \/>\nsituated in the sim of village Karwadi, Taluka Sayla, pending the<br \/>\nsecond appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthe parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the<br \/>\nsuit land, pending the Second Appeal.
