BAALU): I beg to move the following:-\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat in pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 read with rule 3 of the National Shipping Board Rules, 1960, the members of this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as the Speaker may direct, four members from amongst themselves to serve as members of the National Shipping Board, subject to other provisions of the said Act and the rules made thereunder.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MR.%20DEPUTY-SPEAKER%3A%20The%20question%20is\">MR.
