Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :23\/07\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                    R.BASANT, J\n\n                          ------------------------------------\n\n                           Crl.M.C.No.2341 of 2007\n\n                         -------------------------------------\n\n                     Dated this the 23rd  day of July, 2007\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   petitioners   were   granted   anticipatory   bail   as   per   order<\/p>\n<p>dated   02.05.07.     The   anticipatory   bail   was   granted   subject   to<\/p>\n<p>conditions.     The   anticipatory   bail   order   was   to   hold   the   field   for   a<\/p>\n<p>period   of   one   month,   within   which   period,   the   petitioners   were   to<\/p>\n<p>surrender   before   the   learned   Magistrate   and   seek   regular   bail.     In<\/p>\n<p>obedience  to the order dated 02.05.07, the petitioners did surrender<\/p>\n<p>before the learned Magistrate and were enlarged on regular bail, it is<\/p>\n<p>submitted.  It is submitted at the Bar that the learned Magistrate has<\/p>\n<p>not imposed any condition while granting regular bail.  If that be so, I<\/p>\n<p>fail to understand why the petitioners should continue to comply with<\/p>\n<p>the   conditions   imposed   in   the   order   dated   2.5.07.     The   order   of<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail was to hold the field only for a period of one month.<\/p>\n<p>The conditions have to be complied with only during the said period of<\/p>\n<p>one month.  If the Magistrate has imposed any condition at the time of<\/p>\n<p>grant   of   regular   bail,   the   petitioners   must   move   the   learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate   to   modify   those   conditions   imposed.     The   petitioners   are<\/p>\n<p>not  now   obliged   to  comply   with   the  conditions   imposed   in   the  order<\/p>\n<p>dated   02.05.07   passed   by   this   Court.     If   the   petitioners   have   not<\/p>\n<p>appeared   before   the   learned   Magistrate   and   secured   regular   bail,<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Crl.M.C.No.2341 of 2007               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>needless to say that the petitioners shall now be liable to be arrested<\/p>\n<p>by the police.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.
