1.            The case has been remanded by an order of the Hon’ble<\/p>\n
Supreme Court and there is a direction for dismissal of the writ petition<\/p>\n
expeditiously. At the previous hearing i.e. on 08.09.2009, there was no<\/p>\n
representation for either party and hence notices were directed to be<\/p>\n
issued to the respective counsel on both sides for the hearing date.<\/p>\n
Registry has reported that letters have been issued to the counsel vide<\/p>\n
Court letter No.7323, dated 14.09.2009. There is no representation even<\/p>\n
today, although the names figure in the cause list published. The writ<\/p>\n
petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with cost assessed at<\/p>\n
Rs.5,000\/-.<\/p>\n
