A request is made on behalf of Mr.<br \/>\nMangukiya to keep the matter back. The court is unable to accept the<br \/>\nrequest made by learned counsel looking to the number of matters<br \/>\nlisted during vacation. Hence the request is rejected. In normal<br \/>\ncourse, the court will adjourn the matters where the counsel is<br \/>\nabsent after vacation. In view of this, the matter is adjourned to<br \/>\n14.06.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>(S.R.BRAHMBHATT,<br \/>\nJ.)<\/p>\n<p>pallav<\/p>\n<p> Further<br \/>\nOrder :\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAfter<br \/>\nthe aforesaid order was passed and the boards were over, Mr.<br \/>\nMangukiya, learned advocate made a mention that the matter be listed<br \/>\ntomorrow. This Court is of the view that as the aforesaid order was<br \/>\npassed in open court, it would be appropriate for Mr. Mangukiya to<br \/>\nmake appropriate mention in presence of all the learned advocates for<br \/>\nall the parties after intimating them that he is going to make<br \/>\nmention of this matter for changing the date of adjournment. Mr.<br \/>\nShastri and Mr. Sunil Patel, learned advocates  appearing for some of<br \/>\nthe parties are present and they have objected to such request.<br \/>\nHowever, the Court is of the view that Mr. Mangukiya be given liberty<br \/>\nto make appropriate mention for appropriate date in presence of all<br \/>\nthe counsels of the parties.
