It is being renewed on the ground<\/p>\n<p>                 that he is in custody since 20.12.2002, i.e., near about 8 years.<\/p>\n<p>                 Considering this fact, the prayer for bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                               Let the appellant, namely, Prakash Mandal be<\/p>\n<p>                 directed to be released, during pendency of this appeal, on bail<\/p>\n<p>                 on furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000\/-( ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trial<\/p>\n<p>                 court, i.e., the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.<\/p>\n<p>                 5, Bhagalpur, in Sessions Trial No. 1233 of 2004\/ Tr.
