SIRI JAGAN, J.\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                 W.P.(C)No. 37615 of 2010\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n         Dated this the 20th day of December, 2010\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner was working as a leave substitute Junior<\/p>\n<p>Language    Teacher      in     Hindi      in    the     place  of the<\/p>\n<p>5th respondent in the aided school managed by the<\/p>\n<p>4th respondent. The 5th respondent cancelled the unavailed<\/p>\n<p>portion of leave and re-joined service.                  Thereafter the<\/p>\n<p>5th respondent was promoted as HSA (Hindi). According to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner, the 5th respondent is not eligible to be<\/p>\n<p>promoted as HSA, whereas the petitioner is. Therefore the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has filed Ext.P7 revision petition before the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent.    The petitioner seeks a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Having heard the learned Government Pleader also,<\/p>\n<p>I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 as<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)No. 37615 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner and respondents 4 &amp; 5.<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioner shall forward a copy of the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>along with a certified copy of this judgment to the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent for compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              S.
