   _,i_a.ssessed the disability at 40% to the whole body. The<\/p>\n

has allowed the said claim petitioi’1’inppa’rt  <\/p>\n
a sum ?1,20,000\/– as compenisationll <\/p>\n

  the impugned judgment and award<\/p>\n
passed byltli-elJ’I’ribunal, it emerges that, the occurrence<\/p>\n
 the accident and the injuries sustained by the<\/p>\n
it  rappellant in the said accident are not in dispute. The<\/p>\n
 _Tribunal after assessing the oral and documentary<\/p>\n
evidence and other material available on record, has
\nawarded a sum of %’25,000\/- towards pain and<\/p>\n
sufferings and a sum of ?\u00b09,000\/– towards loss of ‘income<\/p>\n
during the period of treatment. The said  ‘<\/p>\n
awarded by the Tribunal is justeaud  <\/p>\n
therefore, it does not call for interference. T<\/p>\n
