No. 234 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>                 (District-Bhojpur) (G.R. No. 4302\/09, T.R. No.<\/p>\n<p>                 2617   of    2010)    for    offences       punishable    under<\/p>\n<p>                 Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                 3\/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for the petitioner with<\/p>\n<p>                 reference      to    an     application      filed   by     this<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner      under       section     9    of    the    Hindu<\/p>\n<p>                 Marriage Act for restitution of the conjugal<\/p>\n<p>                 rights giving rise to Maintenance Case No. 70<\/p>\n<p>                 of 2008 (Annexure-2) submits that it is one<\/p>\n<p>                 year   thereafter         that   the   informant     i.e.   his<\/p>\n<p>                 wife, has chosen to institute this present case<\/p>\n<p>                 on 25.12.2009.
