RADHIKA DEVI\n                          Versus\n                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   21.12.2010                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. No one<\/p>\n<p>                   appears on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The two petitioners herein are sisters-in-law of the<\/p>\n<p>                   victim. They have been made accused in a case lodged under<\/p>\n<p>                   sections 304B and 201\/34 IPC. As per the allegation, the<\/p>\n<p>                   marriage of the deceased was solemnized with one Ram Naresh<\/p>\n<p>                   Ram (Dewar of petitioners herein) some ten years ago. The<\/p>\n<p>                   husband of the victim used to live in Delhi, but the allegation is<\/p>\n<p>                   levelled that these petitioners along with one &#8216;Bhainsur&#8217; used to<\/p>\n<p>                   demand dowry. There is, however, no allegation against the<\/p>\n<p>                   husband or any other family member.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that<\/p>\n<p>                   considering     the allegation and materials on record &#8216;Bhainsur&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>                   of the victim(husband of the petitioner no.1) has since been<\/p>\n<p>                   released      on bail by this Court by order dated 22.12.2009<\/p>\n<p>                   (Annexure-2). It is submitted that petitioners are ladies and<\/p>\n<p>                   they are in custody since 23.08.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Having regard to the fact that one of the co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                   of this case, having identical allegation, has since been released<\/p>\n<p>                   on bail by a bench of this Court, the two petitioners above<\/p>\n<p>                   named are also directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>     like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Saran at Chapra in<\/p>\n<p>     connection with Baniyapur P.S.Case No. 83 of 2009 subject to<\/p>\n<p>     the condition that one of the bailors shall be their own\/close<\/p>\n<p>     family members.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                              ( Kishore K.
