Learned Sr.Advocate Shri Yatin Oza appearing for<br \/>\n      the appellant-petitioner assures on behalf          of the<br \/>\n      appellant-petitioner that the appellant-petitioner will<br \/>\n      fully cooperate in the entire disposal of the inquiry.<br \/>\n      Similarly, Shri    K.M.Patel,   Ld.       Counsel for the<br \/>\n      respondents also states that they will try to see that<br \/>\n      the inquiry is over as early as possible. It is made<br \/>\n      clear that if the inquiry is not over within six months<br \/>\n      from today, than the Bank will pass appropriate order<br \/>\n      regarding     revocation    of     suspension    of    the<br \/>\n      appellant-petitioner if it is not concluded within six<br \/>\n      months for reasons not attributable to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.In    view of the above, this appeal is disposed of<br \/>\n without entering into the legality and validity of the<br \/>\norder dated 14.3.2002 passed by the Learned Single Judge<br \/>\nof this Court in Special Civil Application No.9292 of<br \/>\n2001.
