Ms.<br \/>\n\tSachi Mathur, learned AGP appears and waives service of notice of<br \/>\n\tRule for respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>Heard<br \/>\n\tMs.Amrita Ajmera, learned counsel for the applicants &#8211;<br \/>\n\tappellants and Ms.Sachi Mathur, learned AGP for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe submissions advanced on behalf of both the sides and perusing<br \/>\n\tthe contents of the applications, it transpires that the respondents<br \/>\n\thave filed appeals challenging the impugned judgment and award<br \/>\n\trendered by learned Principal Sr.Civil Judge, Dhrangadhra dated<br \/>\n\t14.9.2006 in land reference case Nos.465 to 480 of 1999. The<br \/>\n\trespondents in said appeals filed the instant cross appeals, but in<br \/>\n\tthat there is delay of 235 days and, hence, the instant applications<br \/>\n\thave been filed by the applicants &#8211; appellants, who happen to<br \/>\n\tbe respondents in the State appeals, for condonation of delay.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tgrounds set-forth in these applications for condonation of delay<br \/>\n\thave been supported by the<br \/>\n\taffidavits of concerned applicants. Having considered the<br \/>\n\tsubmissions advanced on behalf of both the sides, so also<br \/>\n\tconsidering the grounds set-forth in these applications, this Court<br \/>\n\tis of the opinion that the delay deserves to be condoned, as<br \/>\n\tsufficient grounds are available for condonation of delay.\n<\/p>\n<p>For<br \/>\n\tthe foregoing reasons, the applications are allowed.
