RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  ..............................................\n                        B.A. No. 766 of 2011\n                 ................................................\n          Dated this the 8th day of February, 2011.\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.1008 of 2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Thrissur East Police Station             for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 498A, 308 and 34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    After evaluating the factors and parameters which are<\/p>\n<p>to be taken into consideration in the light of paragraph 122 of<\/p>\n<p>the verdict dated 2-12-2010 of the Apex Court in <a href=\"\/doc\/1108032\/\">Siddharam<\/p>\n<p>Satlingappa Mhetre v. State of Maharashtra and Others<\/p>\n<p>(Crl.Appeal No.<\/a> 2271 of 2010), I am inclined to grant<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, a direction is<\/p>\n<p>issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station concerned to<\/p>\n<p>release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>connection with the above case on each of them executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond for `25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction to<\/p>\n<p>the said officer and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B. A.No.766\/2011                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>          1.    Petitioners   shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n                Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n                Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2.   Petitioners shall make themselves available for<br \/>\n                interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n                and when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3.   Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n                 prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n                 tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            4.   Petitioners shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n                 bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            5.
