Karelal Thakur @ Amrit Thakur, Son of late Anandi Thakur.\n    Both are residents of Mohalla Mayaganj, PS Barari (Kotwali) ---- Petitioners\n                                             Versus\n                             The State Of Bihar ---- Opposite Party\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       26.8.2011                       Heard       learned        counsel          for        the<\/p>\n<p>                           petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf<\/p>\n<p>                           of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        Petitioners         are     apprehending           their<\/p>\n<p>                           arrest in a case under Sections 307, 506, 341,<\/p>\n<p>                           354, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                        The allegation against the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                           is that they had assaulted the informant on the<\/p>\n<p>                           head    by       means   of   iron     rod    and lathi.
