Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\t\tFor petitioner        : Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\tFor Respondent\t : Mr.S.Shivashanmugam\n\t\t\t\t     Government Advocate\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n                                                     \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tOriginal Application No.6737 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records in connection with the proceedings of the respondent herein issued in Na.Ka.Pa.E.1\/14511\/99 dated 23.08.1999 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to reappoint the petitoner as Cholera Mazdoor.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.The petitioner was working as a Cholera Mazdoor.  He was ousted by the respondent, while in service, for want of vacancy.  No interim order has been passed at the time of filing the original application in the year 1999.  At the time of final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner pleads that if the petitioner still not employed and if there is sufficient vacancy, his claim may be considered on merits.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.Heard Mr.S.Shivashamugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.The petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the respondent to consider his claim for re-appointment, if not already appointed.  Such representation shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits within three months from the date receipt of such representation. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
