According to the petitioner the petitioner was working<\/p>\n<p>from 2003 onwards. The petitioner submits that the sweeping area is<\/p>\n<p>nearly 1000    sq. meter and therefore the petitioner is entitled to<\/p>\n<p>regularisation in service in accordance with Ext. P2 Government<\/p>\n<p>Order, which itself was issued as per a       judgment of this Court.<\/p>\n<p>Seeking that relief, the petitioner has filed Ext. P3 representation<\/p>\n<p>before the 2nd respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext. P3 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>     2. I have heard the learned standing counsel for the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>State Electricity Board also.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.<\/p>\n<p>P3, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                         Sd\/- S.
