He states that since the issue involved<br \/>\nin the matter is similar in nature, this matter may also be disposed<br \/>\nof on same line.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of above statement, following order is passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis directed that the petitioner may prefer a representation before<br \/>\nthe authority concerned within two weeks and the same shall be<br \/>\nconsidered and decided sympathetically by the said authority within<br \/>\neight weeks from the receipt of the said representation.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith<br \/>\nthe observations as above, the petition is disposed of. Rule is<br \/>\ndischarged.
