Justice K.K.DENESAN\n\n Dated :10\/01\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                K.K.DENESAN, J\n\n                         -------------------------------\n\n                         W.P.(C)NO.31718  of 2006\n\n                         -------------------------------\n\n\n                 Dated this the 10th   day  of January, 2007\n\n\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The  petitioner  retired   from   service   on   31.5.2006   while   working<\/p>\n<p>as   Assistant   Engineer.   Death   cum   retirement   gratuity   has   not   been<\/p>\n<p>disbursed   to   him.   He   could   learn   that     DCRG   was   withheld   on   the<\/p>\n<p>assumption   that   disciplinary   proceedings   were   pending   against   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.   Legal   Laision   Officer,   on   instructions,   submits   that   the<\/p>\n<p>disciplinary proceedings taken against the petitioner have been  closed<\/p>\n<p>and the petitioner stands   exonerated.
